Quinault River Inn is a private property where every guest experience is both important and special to us. Our rates and policies are subject to change without notice, except on confirmed reservations. The following are some of our cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
• CDC approved products are used twice in the cleaning process to sanitize doorknobs, switches & TV/HVAC remotes, and all furniture and fixture surfaces. Aerosol disinfectant is used throughout the room, as recommended.
• Rooms are left open to direct, outside ventilation for several hours.
Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
Check-in is 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM: All efforts will be made to have your room cleaned, sanitized and ready by your check-in time. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out by 11:00 AM: Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM, without prior approval, will be charged a late check-out fee of $25.00 for each hour of occupancy after 11:00 AM.
Credit Card Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to be on file at the time of a reservation.
Payment: Cash, Debit card, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express may be used to pay for your stay. The full balance is due upon check-in. To insure social distancing, we ask that you confirm your credit card information by cell phone before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: All cancelled reservations will incur a $25 cancellation fee. One night's room rate will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of 3 PM of your arrival date. We will try to re-book the room, but re-booking is not guaranteed. No refunds for early departures.
No Shows: No shows will be charged the full amount.
Additional Guests: The number of people occupying the room must be disclosed at check-in. Rooms have occupancy limits; there is a $15 per extra person charge up to the maximum room occupancy.
Smoking: All rooms and common areas are non-smoking. Non-observance of this policy will incur a $250 charge to the credit card on file.
Room Damage: Guests are financially responsible for damage above normal wear and tear. Any damage should be reported immediately.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in our Inn rooms. A $250 charge will be applied to the credit card held to reserve the room, if pets are found to have been allowed in the room. Pets are only allowed with RV guests. If you are a RV guest and have a pet, please keep your pet on a leash and under control at all times. Do not leave your pet unattended. Please clean up after your pet.
Lost Items: Personal property is the responsibility of each guest. Lost and found items will be tagged and held for 3 months. We are not responsible for these items, but will gladly send them to you. A $10 service charge and the cost of shipping will be charged to your credit card on file.
Parking: One parking space per room is available for registered guests. Quinault River Inn is not responsible for damage to any auto or loss of contents in the auto while parked at the Inn.
