Quinault River Inn is a private property where every guest experience is both important and special to us. Our rates and policies are subject to change without notice, except on confirmed reservations.

Pet Policy: NO PETS are allowed in any of the Inn rooms. Failure to comply will result in a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file with the room reservation. Pets are only allowed with RV guests. If you are a RV guest and have a pet, please keep your pet leashed and under control, at all times. Do not leave your pet unattended. Please clean up after your pet.
Smoking/Vaping: All rooms, decks, steps and common areas, are non-smoking/non-vaping of any kind. Non-observance of this policy will incur a $250 charge to the credit card on file. Only exception: Smoking is allowed in the white gazebo, please use ashtrays.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. You will be sent an email and text message the morning of arrival with your room assignment. Please park directly in front of your room. (All efforts will be made to have your room cleaned, sanitized and ready by your check-in time. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call in advance to make arrangements.)
Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Please leave your key in the room and open the curtains. (Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM, without prior approval, will be charged a late check-out fee of $25.00 for each hour of occupancy after 11:00 AM.)
Multiple Night Stay: Please place "Please Make Up Room" door hanger on outside of door by 10:00 AM if you would like your room serviced by our housekeeper mid-stay.
Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Door remains locked, please ring doorbell or call/text 360-288-2237 for assistance.)
Guest Services Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Microwave, toaster, ice buckets and an assortment of snacks and beverages are available in our Guest Services room, located near the office.
Fitness Center Hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM (For registered guests age 18+ only. Please sign in and wipe equipment when done. Contact front desk for code.)
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
RV Sites: Check-in any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. All 5 sites are first come, first served for site-selection. Both the RV/Trailer and towing vehicle must fit on the rented space. Water and 30 AMP electric hookups provided on-site. No sewer hookups or public restrooms/showers/laundry currently. Must be self-contained. There are public showers and a coin-laundromat a short 5-minute drive away. There are 2 public dump stations located 30 minutes from us. The four picnic tables in RV area and charcoal grill are considered common space for campers. Please share. Quinault River Inn is not responsible for damage to any RV/Trailer/Automobile or loss of contents in the RV/Trailer/Automobile while parked at the Inn.
Fire Pit: Please extinguish all fires and embers by 11:00 PM. Adult supervision required for those 17 years and younger. Please do not leave fires unattended. Please do not throw trash or glass into the fire pit. Feel free to use firewood and kindling provided, or firewood is available for purchase at the Amanda Park Mercantile. If you move provided chairs away from fire pit, please return them back to where you found them. For emergencies, DIAL 911.
Cooking: NOT permitted in rooms. Two charcoal grills are on the property, and a BBQ Hut is available for those who choose to bring their own grill. Grilling is allowed on the gravel parking surface, but NOT on the deck surface, tables, or Gazebo. Please bring your own charcoal, as we do not supply it.
River Access: The river belongs to the Quinault Tribe and is off-limits for non-tribal members, unless accompanied by a tribal guide. Guests can swim and launch boats in the lake nearby. For a list of recommended guides, please contact us.
Fishing Season: Please remove your studded fishing boots ("Korkers") prior to walking on the deck or entering the rooms. The studs on the soles of the boots will damage the cedar surface and new vinyl floors. Curing of bait, cleaning and/or storing of fish in the rooms is prohibited. Refrigerators are provided in the rooms for food/beverages. All coolers should be stored on the deck. Must be accompanied by a tribal guide to fish in the lower Quinault River on our property.
Credit Card Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to be on file at the time of a reservation.
Payment: We accept Cash, MasterCard, VISA or AMEX. At the time of completing your reservation, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total as a deposit. The remaining 50% balance is charged to the card on file on the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy: All cancelled reservations more than 72 hours in advance will incur a $25 cancellation fee. You will receive a refund of your deposit, minus the incurred cancellation fee. Cancelling a reservation of 1 night, less than 72 hours prior to 3pm of arrival date, will result in the card on file being charged the remaining amount due. Cancelling a reservation of 2 nights or more, less than 72 hours prior to 3pm of arrival date, will result in your 50% deposit being forfeited. Cancelling day of arrival will be considered a “no show” and result in 100% forfeiture of all previously processed funds. We will try to rebook the room, but no guarantees. In the event we are able to successfully rebook your room for any nights, we will refund the card on file for each night rebooked, less a one time cancellation fee of $25. (This policy varies for reservations of 5 or more rooms/RV sites, and for confirmed regular guest fishermen, when due to river or weather conditions; please contact management.)
Early Departures: No refunds for early departures, unless we can re-book. No guarantees.
No Shows: No shows will result in 100% forfeiture of all previously processed funds.
Additional Guests: Advertised rates apply to 2 person reservations. There is a $18 per extra person (age 13 and older) charge up to the maximum room occupancy. The number of people occupying the room must be disclosed at check-in.
• Single roll-away bed available for an additional $12.00 per night.
Room Damage: Guests are financially responsible for damage above normal wear and tear. Any damage should be reported immediately. If a deep cleaning is required, you will be charged $75.00 to the credit card on file. Please remove dirty/muddy shoes prior to entering rooms.
Lost Items: Personal property is the responsibility of each guest. Lost and found items will be tagged and held for 3 months. We are not responsible for these items, but will gladly send them to you. A $10 service charge and the cost of shipping will be charged to your credit card on file. We are not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Parking: One parking space per room is available for registered guests. Quinault River Inn is not responsible for damage to any auto or loss of contents in the auto while parked at the Inn.
Liability: Use of all facilities, to include but not limited to, the Fitness Center, Deck Chairs, Deck, Hammocks, Gazebo, Fire Pit, Grills, Guest Services etc., by all parties under your reservation, are at your own risk. Guests are responsible for all reservations made in their name and for all members in their party. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests.
Sublet: Guests may not sublease their rooms to anyone else.
Right to Refuse Notice: This is a privately owned and operated facility. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 12 and under stay free. Pets are not allowed.
